The place is fairly large.

Highly efficient personnel is who go out of their way to provide good service. The venue is placed in a central position to a restaurant in Leamington for a special ocassion. Furthermore, it's right by central Leamington Park/River, Restaurants, shops, pubs and bars, and the centre of town so very short walks to the tourist spots.

Very well maintained building and rooms with super king comfy bed. Wonderful location in a very pleasant lounge area near so many restaurants/bars, and charming Royal Leamington Spa.

The breakfast was lovely with very good quality ingredients, all the food was delicious.

Hotel was clean, excellent friendly staff.

The room was air-conditioned and it had a shower and towels, that's cool.

The room was compact and spacious here with comfortable beds. Had a couch, large windows, and a lounge area in the room, it were just what I needed.

The location was particularly good and gorgeous, walk from pubs and restaurants. The breakfasts were absolutely superb and warm with continental options and tea or coffee, for instance. The service was welcoming, including the nice onsite restaurant.

Its location was very central, a 4-6 minute walking distance from Whitewall Gallery.

I was there before now and would stay here again. The hotel was overall clean and perfect for party. Freshly prepared breakfast, best ever had, with pastries and additional cereals and tea or coffee.

Heated & huge unit with excellent bed. Private parking nearby provided.

The venue was set in the very central position just off other areas in Leamington, Jephson gardens and along the river and the town shops. The breakfast was lovely with a wide array of dishes to choose from.

The breakfasts were generous and fresh!
